These Terms of Use apply to jjnoad.com (“the Site”). By using the Site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms.
The Site provides information about books, articles, downloadable resources and the work of J J Noad and Dr Jeremy Noad.

You may use the Site for personal and lawful purposes.

2. Intellectual property and downloads
Unless stated otherwise, content on the Site is owned by or licensed to J J Noad. This includes text, articles, images, graphics, book-related material, branding and downloadable resources.
You may view and use Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Where the Site provides a downloadable resource, such as The SIGNAL Method Companion Pack, you may download, save and print it for your own use. You must not:

sell or redistribute the resource;

upload it to another website or file-sharing service;

remove copyright or attribution notices;

present the material as your own work;

adapt it for commercial use without permission.
Book covers, publisher material, photographs and other third-party content remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.
Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by law.
This is safer than saying everything on the site belongs to you, and it gives the Companion Pack a clear use rule.

Content on the Site is provided for general information.
Business articles, books and downloadable resources may discuss subjects such as sales, pricing, judgement, customer management and management practice. This material does not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
